The Fundraising Blueprint/ Get Fully Funded

DISCLAIMER AND WAIVERS

 
In connection with, and as a condition of, the undersigned’s attendance at events conducted by Get Fully Funded and their affiliates (“Promoter”).  I confirm, acknowledge and agree as follows:

1. Content:

The Event is purely an educational Event put on by Promoter.

The education and information given at the Event is intended for a general audience and does not purport to be, nor should it be construed as, specific advice, therapy or counseling tailored to any individual.

All materials, all teaching manuals, all teaching aids, all supplements and the like that have been or will be made available to me or any other participant in this program, from Promoter  Sandy Rees or her designated facilitators, or any other source, oral or written, are for my personal use in or in conjunction with this training program only.  Further, I recognize and agree that some or all of the aforementioned material or information may contain professional secrets and/or private training methods and hence will be and will remain the sole property of Get Fully Funded.

I understand and agree that the information from this program is for my personal use only, and may not be sold, tape recorded, videotaped, shared, taught, given away, or otherwise divulged without the express written consent of Promoter or its designated agent. I also understand that I, while free to share my experiences and my personal results of this training, will keep the experiences and statements, oral or written, of all other participants in this training in the strictest of confidence

2. Media Release and Right to Use Name & Likeness

Media Release: I hereby expressly grant to Get Fully Funded (“COMPANY”) and it’s employees the right to use my name, photographs, likeness, testimonial, biographical material, video/audio impressions, and/or transcriptions of me recorded by COMPANY at it’s Fundraising Blueprint on January 26, 2023, and to use the photographs and my voice and picture, silhouette, and other reproductions of physical likeness and class-related work (including any still image, videotypes, image, CD-ROMs, DVDs and/or other analog or digital means), in connection with or as part of any presentation, program, publication, product, or their professional endeavor in which the same may be used or incorporated, and also in the advertising, and/or publicizing of any such works or their content, in perpetuity. I understand that these images/sounds be used for commercial educational or informational purposes.

I waive all rights of copyright and rights of publicity in or the resulting commercial or educational and informational materials in which I appear, and acknowledge no monetary or other compensation is provided in exchange for waiving this right. Any facts, figures, testimonials, stories, etc. I give are my own and are truthful, and are freely given without any offer of payment.

I understand that Get Fully Funded owns all rights in and to any such photograph, recording or testimonial, including any copyright and/or trademark relating to such use which Get Fully Funded may be entitled to claim.

I indicate by my signature below that I have had sufficient opportunity to read this entire release and waiver document and acknowledge that I have understood it, and agree to be bound by its terms.  No representations, statements or inducements, oral or written, apart from the foregoing written statement, have been made.
