If you want to ever make Jessie truly happy, she loves and lives for birthday cake. She will tell you that everyday is her birthday if that means cake is involved!

Morgan joins the Get Fully Funded team as a Coach and has a unique privilege to have a global fundraising background, working across Africa and the United States. Her original experience is in Elementary Education, receiving her Undergrad and Masters in Elementary Education & Curriculum Development from University of Missouri. Her fundraising journey began when she co-founded a mental health awareness nonprofit in 2015 and dove right into the fundraising world, while also teaching 2nd grade.
Morgan has always had a huge passion for traveling and learning from new cultures. She worked with several global nonprofits as a volunteer, traveling across the world and teaching abroad in South Korea. Using her education and fundraising background, she moved to Africa in 2016 as a Fundraising Manager, working across East and Southern Africa. Over the years, she has worked with a variety of causes in education, gender equality, conservation, human rights, and many more. In 2018 and 2019, Morgan won several Global Marketing and Fundraising awards for her innovative campaigns and story-telling techniques.
Her fundraising superpowers are in individual giving, peer to peer fundraising, and campaign creations, but having worked with small to medium sized nonprofits, she has experienced every aspect of fundraising. She truly knows the work and dedication going into starting a nonprofit while also the skills and passion for mobilizing donors to multiply a nonprofit’s impact.
You can constantly find Morgan outdoors, hiking, fishing, playing with Suki, her Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy or reading a book! As you could have guessed, she loves to travel and has a goal to get to every continent (including Antarctica!) by 35. Morgan divides her time between Dallas, Texas and Africa where she lives on a farm with lots of furry animals.

“Get Fully Funded has a proven path to being fully funded for any size organization!
Before working with Get Fully Funded, I was self-funding most of the work we do, with small contributions coming in here and there.
Since I’ve been working with Get Fully Funded, I’ve learned powerful and effective ideas for engaging sponsors and gaining new donors and in fun and creative ways. I love the inspiration and accountability they provide, and I’m using the skills, tips, and ideas I’ve gained to get long lasting results.
Get Fully Funded has made a 1000% difference in how I fundraise! EPIC Outreach went from self-funded to fully funded, and we’ve been increasing our fundraising amount year to year. Without coaching from Get Fully Funded, I have no idea where EPIC Outreach would be!”
